Our annual Smart Climber Program is an intensive three-day off-site event dedicated to the development of our high potentials. The focus: preparing participants for future leadership & expert roles through valuable workshops and cross-functional exchanges through shared cultural experiences. Founder & CEO Dr. Fritz Audebert takes part in the program every year, guiding the group as they grow together during the Smart Climber Days.
The feedback from this year's Smart Climbers was very positive: the event was challenging and intense, but also incredibly educational and inspiring!
