Social justice doesn’t end at the office door – quite the opposite! Employers play a crucial role: they shape company cultures, set frameworks, and have the responsibility to actively promote equal opportunities.
But the reality often looks different:
One in three experiences discrimination in the workplace.
Only two out of five people would report an incident.
More than half don’t even know who to turn to.

These aren’t new findings – but still, we’re not doing enough! Given societal developments, it’s becoming more urgent to integrate anti-discrimination deeply into company culture.
Companies have the responsibility to raise awareness and actively protect their employees from discrimination. Our Digital Learning department has co-created a low-threshold E-Learning Nugget that addresses the following questions:
What does the AGG (General Equal Treatment Act) include and when is it applied?
How does the AGG protect against discrimination and harassment?
How can we respect boundaries, enable dialogues, and what reporting channels are available for those affected?
At ICUnet, we also want to make a bigger impact and exchange best practices:
How do you communicate anti-discrimination and the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) in your company?
Which approaches have proven to be particularly effective?
Our colleague Samantha Bischof looks forward to connecting: samantha.bischof@icunet.group
